Whittier HHH is a 63 unit supportive housing development. Thirty-one (31) units of affordable housing will be reserved for homeless or those at risk of homelessness making less than 30% of AMI referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) through the Coordinated Entry System and all apartments will be leased through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) or the Coordinated Entry System Alternate. Thirty-two (32) units will support housing designed for Chronically homeless individuals living with mental illness making less than 30% of AMI referred through the Coordinated Entry System(CES) Alternate.
