Mirador

Mirador is a seventy-one (71) unit, mixed-population housing development for older adults aged 55+. Thirty-five (35) units of affordable housing will be reserved for homeless seniors with a mental illness making less than 30% of AMI referred by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) through the Coordinated Entry System. An additional thirty-five (35) units will be set-aside as general affordable units for seniors making 45-60% of AMI. One unit will be designated for the building manager.
