The Chesterfield Apartments will be a community of 42 affordable homes designed for formerly homeless seniors age 55+, including individuals with disabilities. The development will revitalize an underutilized site with a new residential community that will help alleviate the City’s need for supportive housing for our most vulnerable neighbors. Residents will benefit from a combination of high-quality, secure homes and support services designed to help them use housing as a platform for stability and health.
